I have had to put three rebuilt transmissions in my vehicles over the past 10 years. The first one was from a national transmission shop chain and it was an absolute horror of an experience. The next time was the day before our family vacation when our 2001 Ford Explorer quit moving at a stop light. Certified Transmission not only had us on the road but I was treated like a family member. I had never had that kind of experience at any auto repair shop in 30 years. I have since been back to them for a second transmission and fluid changes and the same guys are still there!
