I can not begin to tell you how much I appreciated the employees at Certified Transmission at 13225 Q Street in Omaha. If it was not for Joel Peterson, calling me and telling me about a write-up about Toyota recall, I would not have received all my monies from Toyota. With the help of Joel, and repeated faxing and finding paperwork and about 3 months, with both our persistence, I finally received a check from Toyota. I did not know anything about the write-up in the paper, but Joel called me and told me about it, so we both keep on Toyota, and we got it done! I do not think any other transmission shop has ever done this before. And with all the health issues I had this year, this was sure a nice thing for me, for a change. I will never forget these guys, and I talk Rick and Joel up to everybody. And if anybody needs a transmission, I know who to send them too. Just wanted to thank you again, for having such trusting employees at your business.
