I have heard horror stories about certified from people I know. In my opinion those stories are wrong. I brought my Jeep in to be looked at due to some transmission issues. The transmission experts took care of me for issues above and beyond just transmission work. You have an outstanding team of technicians and I hope I don't have to do business again for transmission work, but if I ever do there will not be a question of where I go.
