I can not think of enough good things to say about Rick (and Nicole) at the Millard Certified Transmission. I first emailed Rick via the website on the holiday weekend when my transmission went out thinking I would get no response until Monday morning. However, within 30 minutes of my email, he was emailing me reassuring me that he'd get me towed, get me an estimate and get me taken care of right away if I chose to go through Certified Transmission. He gave me the best estimate, including a warranty, and continued the excellent service from Day 1. He towed it Thursday afternoon and I picked it up yesterday (Monday).I have never dealt with a more professional, friendly shop than Rick and his crew. Nicole at the front desk was just as helpful and friendly. No one wants to spend that kind of money on a vehicle 5 days after Christmas but they sure took the "sting" out of having to do so. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
