Hello Certified Team! While on my way to work the morning of December 19th, 2013 my RPMs suddenly jumped to over 5500 and I knew something was not right. I had my 2006 Chevy Avalanche towed to Certified and had a great conversation with the staff. Later in the day, I received a call informing me my transmission no longer had 3rd or 4th gears and would need to be replaced. Having had Certified replace a transmission in my Silverado years earlier, I told them to go ahead with the replacement. My Avalanche was ready the next day and after having the newly rebuilt transmission for just over 30 days, I couldn't be happier. My truck drives like new and I have peace of mind knowing my truck will drive and shift as intended. I often tell people if they know something isn't quite right, take it to Certified and they will tell you what wrong with the transmission and what it will cost for repair or replacement! Once again, outstanding job and thank you for keeping me on the road! The team in Millard is great and I hope they are around for years to come!
