This is the owner of the 2001 Ford Expedition who had some issues with a Certified Transmission Road Ripper 2000 that was installed over a year ago with only 11,000 miles on it. I wrote a review last Friday, the 13th, and promised you all I would let you know how Certified handled a customer who had a transmission that was out of warranty by three months but only 11,000 miles on it was treated. Well I have to tell you, I salute Mr. Fink, Travis at the 132nd and Q location and the rest of the Certified team. They found the problem, which was not a part of the transmission that Certified makes, fixed it and still offered me an extended warranty. I did have to pay for a transmission service, which they recommend at 12,000 miles after a new transmission is installed. I will strongly recommend Certified Transmission to anyone. I put my faith in their product, and when it did fail they stood behind it. So refreshing in this day and age to actually deal with a company that does that! Thank you, and you can be certain that any future problems I experience with any transmission in any vehicle, I will be heading back to Certified Transmission!
