I recently visited the Millard location because Paul Sinclair did a diagnostic and found a code for a transmission issue. After Travis had kindly taken me to work and checked my transmission, it was determined to be a factory PCM or ECM computer issue. He did not charge me anything, had me take it back to Henry Motors to get it fixed. Also, he took the time to send an email to Jeff Henry and the Service department informing them of the situation of the car so that I would not have to pay for it. He was so honest and great. Would recommend him to other people and I would go back to his shop.
