I don't know what I would have done without the lovely and talented Nicole. She got me right in and done in a couple of days. That was a month or so ago. The Jeep has been running great and gas mileage has almost doubled. This is the second time I have needed a transmission shop and would not hesitate using them again if needed. I did not expect a cut throat deal. I wanted the job done correctly. I believe I got that. I am obviously pleased with Certified Transmission's work. End of story.
