I wanted to share my experience with the Certified Transmission professionals here in Lincoln, Nebraska. I have been in the customer service industry all my life and I can honestly say you folks are special, specifically Keith and Dana, which are the two gentlemen I had the pleasure of dealing with. Keith was friendly, honest and accurate. I felt valued as a customer and he took the time to explain exactly what the situation was with my transmission and answered all my questions. Dana was just as friendly and even offered to take my Jeep home to do a little spot welding on a bracket for me free of charge on his own time. Certified Transmission went above and beyond my expectations in a very big way. I truly appreciated my experience at Certified Transmission. Keith and Dana are responsible for that. Thank you.
