I had a problem with my car and all I knew was it had something to do with the transmission. A family friend recommended Certified. When I took it in they were very nice and told me what was wrong. When they told me it would be in the thousands to fix my transmission, I wanted to faint, but they broke it down and gave me plenty of options. The professionals there were so helpful in finding me the cheapest price for a rebuild transmission. It was right around Christmas so not having a car stressed me out. I got a call at least twice a week with updates which was perfect since my car is my baby. Turns out with the help of Shelly working her warranty skills I only ended up having to pay a couple hundred dollars out of pocket. Now my car runs nice and smooth. I am thankful I found Certified Transmission, they really went above and beyond.
