I was told by a Certified Transmission competitor that my Allison transmission needed a $5,000 rebuild. I towed the vehicle home and read as much as I could about the Allison transmission. Everything I read indicated it was most likely a failure in the wiring. A good friend of mine told me "Certified does good work". They got me in the day after I called to get an appointment. The service manager was friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the electrical problem and had it fixed the next day. $200 later I am running down the road with the Allison fixed. I am totally impressed with the honesty, service, and timeliness I received at the shop.
