WOW! What an awesome transmission shop! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by shop manager Josh Morimoto, he is very detailed, with attention to detail to how he gets his team rolling to complete the transmission service, test and evaluate the complete truck from the engine to the whole drive train, and the along with the transfer case and the differentials. The complete inspection was very impressive and detailed with a complete report on each item which was printed, as well as a visual view, pointing out what they found and explaining to me. With the way these transmission specialists go out of their way to be so detailed and have attention to detail was very impressive from Josh Morimoto and his techs. They are very quick at completing the job and explaining the process of the service you requested. I will return for additional work and not worry about the quality of service or anything else. So if anyone is in the need of transmission work or drive train inspection or anything else transmission related, don't waste your time by shopping around. It will haunt you in the end.
