I was amazed to find a transmission repair shop that is friendly, honest and someone who goes the extra mile to help. I have been to other transmission repair shops in Omaha and have been disappointed by the lack of attention and have found most to be rude and non-caring. In fact, one transmission shop acted like it was an imposition of even asking them to fix my transmission. He hardly looked up and then only long enough to give me the bill! It was refreshing to be treated well and then for your transmission specialists to be friendly, honest and extending, and going beyond your duty to take me to R&O Service Center, even going in with me telling them what the problem with my car was. That is what I call excellent customer service and I wanted to thank you for all your wonderful help and let you know that because of your great treatment you can be sure I will refer Certified Transmission to my friends in Omaha. Thanks again for restoring my faith in the goodness of people.
