My family spent 4 hours in Omaha last week because the overdrive on my truck transmission went out as we were driving from Minneapolis MN to Laramie WY for a wedding. Dave Shadlow and his team delivered top-notch customer service to an out of towner in a hurry and stressing out. Mr. Shadlow was able to perform a diagnostic on my truck right away, he jumped on the phone with my mechanic in MN and was able diagnosis the problem and get us on our way. He worked with my mechanic and was able to bill him directly. Dave gave us several options to kill the time and provided everything we needed. I was tired and stressed when I walked into his transmission shop in Omaha and because of Dave's customer service, attitude, and genuine willingness to help by the time I picked up my truck I was feeling refreshed and relaxed.
