A few days ago I had the scary experience of having my transmission slip. As the owner of an older vehicle (2000 Dodge Neon), my mind immediately contemplated the prospect of having a "blown" transmission that would require an expensive repair. After conducting some internet research, I located a transmission repair shop that was not only close to my home, but was also highly recommended on a variety of websites. The transmission repair shop is Certified Transmission. They were able to schedule an inspection for the next afternoon, I was at the location no more than an hour before they had inspected my vehicle and provided me with a detailed repair quote. I was ecstatic to discover that it was a rather inexpensive repair (degraded transmission hoses). Certified Transmission was thorough, cost-effective and provided phenomenal customer service. Not only did they repair my transmission, they provided me with good suggestions for how to maintain it going forward. As long as I live in Omaha, I will recommend Certified Transmission to ANYONE who expresses concern about their transmission!
