When visiting an Omaha friend, I lost my transmission fluid. A friend recommended Certified Transmission so when I called, Pete, the technician, was very kind and made arrangements for my car to be evaluated & promised to be fixed the very next day so I could continue on home as planned. AAA towed the car to the Certified Transmission on Pacific St, Omaha by 4:30 p.m. I received a call from Dave that day & he thoroughly explained what needed to be done to my transmission & even quoted the price. My husband called him from home (Wichita, KS) and Dave explained the transmission problems to him & promised to have me back in service the next day. Everything Pete & Dave promised happened on the exact time frame. We are very thankful to them for all their help and their professionalism and kindness to me when I needed it the most. Thank you again, Pete & Dave and keep up the good work. You helped this lady out when I could have been stranded. Your customer service skills are top-notch & I like that you stand behind your excellent repair work.
