I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your technicians for the expert transmission service that had taken place on my recent visit to your Omaha transmission shop. Two years ago I experienced some transmission trouble and brought my car in for service. I had to have my transmission replaced and your transmission specialists did an outstanding job getting my transmission problem taken car of in a prompt and timely manner without a long delay of the use of my vehicle. Recently I had been experiencing a noise when my car was running in gear and I returned to your transmission shop in Omaha to see if there was some type of problem. The transmission specialists at Certified checked out my transmission and told me that they found a defect. Without any hesitation, another re manufactured transmission was ordered and I was set up with an appointment to have it worked on. I dropped off my car at 8 am and by 4 pm the same day my car was back on the roads of Omaha! There was no charge for this repair. I again would like to thank you and your transmission specialists for the excellent service that I had received. When Certified Transmission says, "We will fix it right" they live up to their promise. I would highly recommend anyone that may need any transmission work done to bring it to your Omaha transmission shop for service!
