I can not say more great things about Certified Transmission! I feel they went way above and beyond to help save me money! I called them when they were actually closing and they answered anyway and set up a time to bring my car in and have the transmission checked first thing Monday morning. I dropped it off and they even gave me a ride to work! After the transmission diagnoses they called me with some bad news, they were pretty sure that I would need a whole new transmission. UGH! I said I was not even sure if my car was worth it. He wanted to do a little more evaluation with it and I said sure. He called me back with amazing news! The main electrical person was also checking it out and said there was one thing that he knew of that went bad with my brand of car and said he could just replace that and see if it work with a fraction of the price to replace the whole transmission! I said lets try it! After replacing the transmission they drove it about 50 miles to make sure it was all working ok. After picking it up, (day before Thanksgiving) they said they would be closed, but if I had any problems to call and I would be transferred to his cell phone. Well, so far so good! My car is working well! Thank you again so much!
