I stopped by to have them look at my transmission, found out I needed an appointment. While talking with the assistant in the office, trying to figure out when I could drop my vehicle off (which was difficult because I work 80 hours a week) it looked like I was going to have to take a day off work. When Mike heard our conversation, and that I had already had them replace two transmissions, he piped up and bam! I was in the next day for transmission service driving a loaner vehicle! Awesome customer service! Nothing was wrong with the transmission so I just had it serviced. If you are ever in need of transmission service, call Mike. He will treat you right!
