From the start dealing with Mike at Certified Transmission was like no other experience I have had with an mechanic. Mike, a real transmission expert, was forthcoming and sympathetic to my problem. He made me feel like a person not just another transmission to be fixed. He explained things to me and helped me understand what was going on. Mike directed me to the website to watch some of the videos that Certified Transmission has about how you repair transmissions and it was very informative. I ended up watching these and other videos about transmission repair for about an hour and a half and learned a lot. And the fact that they got it done in what seemed like 30 hours. I had the car picked up from the other transmission shop it was at Wednesday morning and I was in my car Thursday night, amazing! And considering the other guys told me some time next week it may be finished. This was one of the best experiences I have had working with any transmission mechanic. I will recommend Certified Transmission to all my friends and anyone who asks me about transmissions. Mike and his transmission experts knocked it out of the park.
