I was helped by Mike Wurgler and his customer service was excellent! When I came into the shop I overheard his conversation with someone on the phone. He was caring, offered a tow and a loaner vehicle, so when he helped me I was totally pleased. My transmission had an internal issue. He explained the parts and how they would repair my transmission. Mike offered me a loaner vehicle and he genuinely seemed concern. This is great customer service and my car was ready the next day!
