I recently had to have my transmission replaced at Certified Transmission. I was scared I would have to buy a new car. When I called, I asked Mike, the Store Manager, his opinion. Mike was so helpful, honest, and explained the pros and cons of getting a new car versus fixing the transmission. Mike was very friendly and accommodating to my situation. He also explained he would be gone while my car was being repaired, but assured me there would be someone there to help me if I had any questions or concerns. When I picked up my car, the person taking Mike's place (forgot the name) was again extremely polite and helpful. He explained what they had done to the transmission, asked if I had any questions, and told me to call if needed. He also said to bring the car back in about 15 days to see if all is well. I know, without speculation, that the transmission technicians who worked on my car were experts in their field, and take pride in their work. In summary, I had a very good experience with Certified Transmission, and give them the utmost recommendation. Cheri Annin
