Last week I was experiencing transmission trouble while driving my husband's GM Trailblazer. The transmission was leaking fluid. I had a maintenance man look at it where I work. The first conclusion was a leaky valve. The second was I needed a new transmission. My sister knew of the best transmission shop in Omaha and suggested I go to Certified Transmission as she was very pleased with the service and treatment she received a few months ago. I took my vehicle to 132nd & Q last Friday. In about half an hour the evaluation was completed. Chris came in from the garage and explained the situation and the solution. Rick maybe went into a bit more detail without taking away from Chris's explanation. Then there is Joel, he was really good. He wrote a repair order, and sat down to go over it, so I could translate it to my husband. You have a very professional transmission shop with very qualified technicians. I was very impressed with the service my vehicle transmission received and with the very competent care I received. In the future, I would like to see our company vehicles serviced at your Omaha transmission shops. In like manner, if you need the services of our company, we would be pleased to be of service!
