Your transmission repair shop on 132nd and Q St. in Omaha was a very different experience. I dealt with Joel, a real savvy transmission technician who knows his stuff and knows how to treat customers. This is very important to me as I think it is with most Americans. While your Certified Transmission estimate was a little higher than AAMCO, because of Joel, I was confident the job would be done right, the warranty honored, and follow up work preformed. Subsequent to the transmission job, my vehicle required some work to stop some oil leaks unrelated to the work your transmission technicians had done. I was referred to another transmission shop in Omaha. Not to bore you with details, I will just say that had it not been for your Manager Rick intervening on my behalf with the manager of this other transmission repair shop on the question of a rear main seal replacement, I would have spent an additional $750. Rick went completely out of his way to assist me with the problems I had with the other shop. Now that is real customer service!
