Traveling from out-of-state, if there is a good time to have a transmission failure, it occurred Friday, January 8, around 4:45 pm. A call to the Q Street office, a promise to inspect the car as soon as we got there did a lot to alleviate being stranded. After the initial inspection, I knew we were facing a big issue when the repair technician had concerns that he could get the car back to the shop. Throughout this experience, Kirk Ryan and Tiffany Blankenship exceeded expectations with ease. Debating to junk the car vs. repair, Kirk was superb in laying out clear rationale to fix the car. In the end, he made it easier to decide for the repair. Leaving the office that Friday evening, we received assurances of prioritizing the repair as he recognized our travel predicament. Whether by phone or in person Trinity kept us informed and remained gracious and reinforced that we can contact her or Certified Transmission at anytime. She provided an honest and fair estimate of when the transmission repair would be finished and when we might be on the road again. We are grateful! A good company to do business with because of the great staff who bring the place alive. For my family who live in the greater Omaha area, I could not recommend Certified Transmission, Kirk Ryan and Tiffany Blankenship strongly enough. I am sure the staff in your other offices are good...but the Q street family has to be on top of the list.
