I recently experienced transmission problems with my car and was referred to your business for repairs. A rebuilt transmission has now been installed and appears to be working well. I felt compelled to tell you how well I was treated by the transmission specialists at Certified Transmission, plus I was also very impressed with the team's knowledge and expertise about transmissions generally and mine specifically. Everyone was very professional, and Rick Swierczek, the manager, kept me well informed of the progress on my car and explained things to me so I could understand them and make sense of the whole situation. The time it took for my car to be ready was also relatively short considering that I did have to have a rebuilt transmission. All in all, I was very pleased and impressed with the operation of Certified Transmission, and it was nice to find a place where there was quality in both the service and the staff.
